Jennifer Farley
Chief Executive Officer

Jen worked in a variety of HR and legal roles for global manufacturing companies. Most recently, Jen led the Global Labor & Employment team at Jabil supporting all labor & employment matters in 45 countries and 48 US states/territories. At Kimberly-Clark, Jen led Global Labor & Employee Relations as part of the HR team. Jen started her career working in large law firms handling both labor & employment and commercial litigation matters. Jen received her BA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her JD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Jenna McDermott
Chief Operations Officer

Jenna McDermott brings 13+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations. She started her career with Raytheon Technologies leading an international team of Supplier Development Engineers working with manufacturers of aerospace products. More recently Jenna led Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing at a robotics company where she successfully opened a new production facility and transitioned a key product line in house in under a year. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Supply Chain Management from Clarkson University.

Brian Annechino
Chief Business Development Officer

Brian Annechino brings 10+ years of experience in international business development across the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, with a focus on bringing new technologies to market. His expertise has been in software and construction technology, including sustainable and affordable housing. His experience aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and international development, covering global health and sustainable housing. More recently, he led global business development and market entry efforts for a construction technology company that successfully developed internationally-certified "green" communities in Africa and Latin America. Brian holds an MBA from the University of Rochester.

Scott Gebicke
Director

Scott Gebicke brings 11+ years as a leader in manufacturing innovation, most recently in several leadership roles at Jabil, including as president of the Industrial Division and of Jabil Defense & Aerospace. Scott ran a multibillion global P&L and a team of operations, technical and business leaders to deliver manufacturing services across a wide range of renewables, grid-level solutions, meters, industrial automation and connected building devices. Prior to joining Jabil, Scott was a leader in McKinsey & Company’s industrial practice out of the London and San Francisco offices. Scott served seven years as a U.S. Navy Officer, with significant operational combat experience. He holds a dual bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and economics from Vanderbilt University, and an MBA from London Business School.
